Oh, very simple plural actually, you just need to add -er at the end! So "Backpfeifengesichter" :)
If I may, you could in this case also change "Gesicht" to "Fresse" as it is a stronger expression and vibes better with the first part. For the Plural of "Fresse" we just need to add a little -n, so the end result would be "Backpfeifenfressen".
