Top four images: Chaos uses the Rending Draft to kill Bishop Mandible, in Lucasfilm Games’ 1990 graphic adventure LOOM, written by Brian Moriarty.
Bottom five images: Master Goodmold uses the Unmaking Draft, silently, to kill himself, later in LOOM.
Both the Unmaking Draft and the Rending Draft are mentioned in the Book of Patterns which was included with LOOM.
As far as I’m aware, only two sources correctly identify the draft used here by Chaos, and later by Bobbin in the game’s finale:
1) the narrative walkthrough, supposedly written by Bobbin Threadbare, in the original LOOM hint book from 1990;
and 2) Brian Moriarty’s talk about LOOM at the GDC 2015 conference.

While all the other party-goers are drinking, dancing, vomiting and copulating, your black-clad pale-faced killer, stalks from room to room, taking them out one-by-one while avoiding detection. Get spotted in the act and the police will come and bust you. But if you murder someone and get far enough away from the scene of the crime, the police will simply arrest the nearest person to the body (much like real life).
It’s a fun little game with some great pixel art animation that allows you to be the killer from all those teen slasher movies. You’re a pixellated Ghostface - Pixelface.
