You guys. I started sketching Cardassians on this one page, and now I can’t seem to stop. Halp.
Occasionally, I get quite silly with screencaps. That aside, however - here’s an in-progress look at the painting I worked on for much of this weekend. I’m actually down to Garak, and the whole thing will be complete :)

This species is too fun to draw for its own good. Also helpful is the fact that it seems to have a tendency to produce some of my favorite characters. (Though to be fair, with DS9 in particular, there isn’t a character that I DON’T enjoy to some degree.)

I’m mostly happy with how these turned out, though I’ve admittedly already reworked Damar some via Photoshop for a colored version. These guys are all a fun challenge to draw, but Damar seems to be putting up an extra fight. I’m sitting here trying to get his likeness, and he’s off all, “BRB. Busy being gorgeous.”
Damnit, man. Put down the Kanar and work with me, here.

Star Trek universe fan-musings. This is a random OC that sprung up in my thoughts this week rather out of nowhere: A young Cardassian lass by the name of Illian Saraht. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, I am a nerd. And I don’t regret it for a second ;) I may draw more of this gal, too, she was quite fun to doodle. I’ve always loved the look/design for this species.
