AU where Bertie does marry Honoria Glossop. The entire thing is written from her POV and it’s all about her gradual realization that the man cannot be improved, and that she has in fact let herself in for a world of trouble. Her life is consumed by cleaning up the messes he makes. To aid her, she establishes contact with Jeeves, and the two of them write commiserating letters back and forth. Eventually she realizes that managing Bertie is beyond even her sagacious capabilities, and Jeeves is brought on as Bertie’s personal manager, because srsly, Honoria Glossop has better things to do than take care of him.
Mostly because I think it would be tremendously fun to hear Honoria’s internal voice, and because I think that she and Jeeves would get on famously once Jeeves realized she didn’t want to eat Bertie alive.
