So I spent about an hour creating a mock-up art history textbook excerpt for a fictional culture. This is what my life has become.

I’ve always imagined Cardassian’s took great care of what artifacts they’ve had leftover of their days as Hebitians- seeing how the military had already plundered the tombs for resources to fund their agenda I imagine statues like these are few and far inbetween.

Considering the results of the Dominion war though I guess this guy is lucky enough to have just lost a few limbs. :/

Apologies for my  late reply! I was computer-less. Technically I still am, but my husband is kindly allowing me to use his.

My Cardassian pic was made by micathemineral and was completely, completely worth it. At the time I think it cost $15. Ask her–she’ll do you proper!

I think I will enjoy Donna very much, yes. I’ve seen one of her episodes. As I recall, she wore a wedding dress and an attitude of righteous fury.

I FINISHED A THING. I haven’t had time for much non-school stuff lately, but I managed to finally finish this little painting during D&D tonight. Garak and Bashir and Lady’s Cardassian war orphans.

It’s really more of a colored sketch, and there’s a lot of things wrong with it, but we’re doing midnight IHoP now so here it is, as complete as it will ever be.
