Bashir’s holosuite fantasy:
Yesterday I posted an example of Andy’s reaction to Garak/Bashir - well, what did SID think? This was at a fan club event. Just a few lines, really, but he knew exactly what he was doing and that smile he gives when he says “with Garak” - I love it! Because the sound isn’t very good here, I’m using tinsnip’s great idea and giving you a transcript right away for this one since I want you to hear it:
Sid: “So I think you’re pretty much up to date on the fourth season.”
Question: “What about Garak?”
Sid: “Garak hasn’t been back yet,” (general sorrow) “- he came back very briefly, but he’s coming back again. I believe there’s going to be - somewhere down the line, Bashir has a holosuite fantasy…” (loud shrieking) “…with Garak.” (Louder shrieks.) "Nana Visitor - Nana Visitor will be at her fan club going, ‘And that’ll please the silly old Brit’.“ (I think he says Brit, anyway.)
This is all well and good, but he’s wearing a construction safety vest over a country tablecloth.
