Caine said your character appears stronger if you say your lines without blinking. Though it can come across as creepy like the boy in the Toaster Strudel commercials. I can definitely see that. He does bring the scary when he’s wide-eyed and unblinking.

He does it even when he’s trying to be playful flirtatious Garak, too. Maybe it’s just to intimidate Bashir. :D

Don’t know if this will help but I remember once hearing that doctors are more prone than others to die in accidents as private pilots as their arrogance causes them to make bad decisions.

Amending that last reply - not only could Nog have gone to Jeeves for help to get back his confidence but then Jeeves could’ve been the one to help Odo with advice on romancing Nerys!

Having just watched “His Way”, may I say that I would absolutely prefer that the whole thing had been brought off as one of Jeeves’s perfect little schemes.

That’s one of the nice things about classic Who. The Doctor had to be discreet or the Time Lords would’ve punished him.
